The Sounds Good programme is a short, intensive, basic skills course targeted at those young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) or who are at risk of becoming NEET upon reaching school-leaving age. In March/April 2009, the Sounds Good programme was piloted in Flintshire, Swansea and Cardiff, with 31 young people participating. This report shares the findings of an evaluation of the project.
